1. Subscription Service: Your subscription includes regular flower deliveries as per your chosen plan. 2. Payments: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis, as specified during sign-up. All payments must be made in advance of pickup. 3. Modifications: To make changes to your subscription, including pausing or canceling, please call our shop directly at (443) 406-8806 or info@partychicablooms.com 4. Cancellations: Cancel your subscription anytime by calling our shop at (443) 406-8806. Cancellations must be made at least 5 days before the next scheduled delivery to avoid charges. 5. DELIVERY: Flat rate delivery charge of $20 is built into the price of the subscription. Delivery locations over 30 miles from our store will be calculated at $0.70 per mile. 6. Refunds: Refunds are not provided for subscriptions already made. If unsatisfied with your bouquet, contact us immediately, and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
